Generally, the back-of-the-house (BOH) areas of a hotel are only seen by employees and vendors, rarely, if ever, by guests. Unfortunately, many hoteliers do not understand the order and cleanliness of the support areas is as important as the guest contact areas. The BOH areas are indeed as equally important as the front areas.
